You certify that all credentials, licenses, and documents you submit are authentic and accurate.

We reserve the right to reject, verify, or remove any false or misleading credentials.

We are not liable for decisions made by third parties (such as employers) based on the verification data we provide.

Fees and Payment

Fees for credentialing and verification services are listed on our pricing page.

All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms.

You may close your account by contacting our support team.
